Driving through from Kingston, Ontario and ran into a little car trouble. My undercarriage protector was torn and flapping. Stopped in the Hyundai dealer in Kenora and they fit me in right away and patched it up until I can change the entire piece. They were pleasant, awesome and super quick. They always provide great service, especially Amanda Yeo, who always looks out for the client. She has all the insurance coverage and is even going the extra mile to check my MPI coverage to change the windshield with zero charges at all. She is also making sure that she is providing a vehicle for the time being so I can run my errands. If there’s a 6star I will give to her she is great with her Job the best customer service ever had in all car company I have so far. She is treating a client like family.

I had the pleasure of doing some car shopping and decided to checkout Winnipeg Hyundai. a friend had purchased two new vehicles there and both times it was a pleasant experience. I was first looking for a late model Hyundai but in dealing with my salesperson Eric he got me thinking about a new Hyundai Tucson. Ultimately i choose a new car. A brand new 2025 Tucson AWD preferred edition. Eric was extremely helpful and patient. I choose the right time to buy as the dealership had some promotions on. I purchased and picked up my new 2026 Kia Sportage hybrid on Oct. 2/25. Justin guided me through the process of picking out this brand new vehicle and I couldn't be happier. When going out for the test drive, he suggested he start out driving so I could see all the features as we went, then we stopped and I drove. That was the BEST test drive experience I have ever had. Once my new car arrived, I went in to pick it up. Again, Justin went over everything in the car with me and helped me set up a few of the settings. He welcomed me back anytime I would like to stop in, coffee is always on. This is the first time I have purchased a brand new car on my own and I am in my mid-60's.
