With more than two decades of experience in the automotive industry, he has played a key role in the organization's growth, performance, and long-term success.

Known for his people-first leadership style, Chris is passionate about developing strong teams, building lasting relationships, and delivering exceptional experiences for customers and communities alike. He believes in leading by example, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and empowering employees to grow, innovate, and succeed.

Beyond the dealership, Chris serves on the Board of Hyundai Hope On Wheels Canada and actively supports children's health initiatives and local charities that strengthen the communities Prairie Automotive Group serves. Originally from Manitoba, Chris is a proud husband and father who values faith, family, and the principles of integrity and service that guide both his leadership and his personal life.

Tim Penner is Vice President of Operations for Prairie Automotive Group, providing strategic leadership across the organization's dealership network. With more than two decades in the automotive industry, he is passionate about developing leaders, building high-performing teams, and creating exceptional customer experiences that drive long-term success.

Tim believes the best organizations are built by investing in people. He works to create an environment where employees are empowered to grow, leaders are developed from within, and collaboration is valued across every dealership. His focus is on building a culture where accountability, trust, and continuous improvement help both people and the business succeed.

Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife, Shelley, and their adult children. His personal faith has shaped his commitment to integrity, humility, and serving others—values that continue to guide his leadership and his passion for developing people.

Lisa Thomas is the Chief Financial Officer of Prairie Automotive Group, where she leads the organization's financial strategy, governance, and fiscal performance. She has been a designated CPA, CGA since 2004 and brings more than two decades of financial leadership experience across banking, manufacturing, and the automotive industry.

Known for her thoughtful leadership and collaborative approach, Lisa partners with operational leaders to turn financial insight into practical business decisions. Passionate about solving complex business challenges, she combines deep financial expertise with a strategic approach to leadership. Her experience includes financial planning and analysis, risk management, corporate strategy, operational performance, and business decision support.
